Opening Hours & Appointment Availability
LE ROUX Counselling Practice operates by appointment only. Session availability may differ from general office and enquiry hours.
Office & Booking Enquiries
Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00
Email and WhatsApp enquiries are attended to during these hours. Messages received outside office hours will be answered on the following working day.
In-Person Counselling
Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00, by appointment
Selected after-school and late-afternoon appointments may be available until 18:00 by prior arrangement.
All in-person sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Walk-in consultations are not available.
Online Counselling
Online sessions are available during regular weekday hours, with selected evening appointments available:
Monday–Thursday: Selected evening sessions until 20:00
Evening appointments are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Saturday Appointments
Limited Saturday appointments, either in person or online, may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Saturday appointments do not form part of the practice's regular weekly hours.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
All appointments are subject to confirmation. LE ROUX Counselling Practice does not provide a 24-hour or emergency counselling service.
