Fee review: Consultation fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

Consultation Outside Normal Practice Hours
Available by prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply.
Payment information
Payment is made after your session, unless otherwise arranged.

Banking details will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full consultation fee.
Late arrivals will unfortunately still need to conclude at the originally scheduled finishing time in order to respect the next client's appointment.
Medical aid
As a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor, consultations at LE ROUX Counselling Practice are not claimable from medical aid.
Clients are responsible for the full consultation fee. An invoice will be provided for your personal records upon request.
