Fees & Payment
Consultation fees, accepted payment methods and payment terms.

Current fees
Current standard session fees and durations are published on the Fees page. The applicable fee will be confirmed when an appointment is booked. Workshops, presentations, extensive reports, liaison and other non-standard work may be quoted separately before the work begins.
Fees are reviewed periodically and may change. A change will not be applied retrospectively to a completed session, and the fee applicable to a future confirmed appointment will be communicated before the service is provided.
Payment
Payment is due after the session unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. The practice currently accepts EFT and card payment. Banking or payment details will be provided through an appropriate practice communication after the appointment has been confirmed.
The person who books or accepts financial responsibility for the service is responsible for payment. An invoice or receipt can be provided for personal records. Clients should use the requested payment reference and must not include unnecessary confidential information in a bank reference.
Medical aid
Services provided by the practice as Specialist Wellness Counselling are not claimable from medical aid. Clients are responsible for the full fee and should not assume that an invoice will be reimbursed by a medical scheme.
Cancellations, refunds and outstanding amounts
Cancellation and no-show charges are governed by the Cancellation Policy. If the practice owes a refund for a cancelled service, duplicate payment or other agreed reason, it will be processed using a reasonable and secure method after the payment details have been verified.
Please contact the practice promptly if an invoice appears incorrect or payment difficulty arises. Reasonable arrangements may be considered, but the practice may pause future non-urgent bookings while an undisputed amount remains overdue, subject to professional and legal responsibilities.
